📅 Return / Replacement Window

We offer a 3-day replacement policy from the date of delivery.

👉 If 3 days have passed since delivery, we will not be able to offer a replacement.


🔄 Replacement Policy

We only offer replacement (no refund) under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a wrong item
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

👉 Only one-time replacement is allowed per order.


📦 Replacement Requirements

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Product should be unused and undamaged (except the issue reported)
  • Must include proof of purchase (order ID / receipt)

❌ Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor color/design variation
  • Used or damaged by customer
  • Request made after 3 days

💰 Refund Policy

❌ We do not offer refunds under normal circumstances

👉 Since products are sourced and shipped through third-party suppliers, we only provide replacement in case of damaged/incorrect items

    • Order ID
    • Clear images/video of the product
    • Issue description

🚚 Return Shipping

  • In approved cases, we will guide you with return instructions
  • In some cases, reverse pickup may be arranged
