Our policy lasts 3 days from the date of delivery.
👉 If 3 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a replacement or exchange.
🔄 Replacement Policy
We only offer replacement (no refund) in the following cases:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged product received
- Product has a manufacturing defect
👉 Only one-time replacement is allowed per order.
📦 Replacement Requirements
To be eligible for replacement:
- Product must be in original packaging
- No missing items/accessories
- Product should be unused (except for checking defect)
- Valid proof of purchase / order ID is required
👉 Orders purchased outside our official store must contact their respective seller for returns.

Replacement requests will not be accepted if:
- Request is made after 3 days
- Product is used or damaged by customer
- No proof of purchase is provided
- Issue is due to personal preference (color/design choice)
